Victor Alcocer

Victor began his career at Pierson Concrete in 1992 and has been with the company ever since. Throughout his 29 year career, he worked his way up from a laborer to a Lead Foreman, managing crews up to 10 people. Victor strives to teach his crew all that he knows and push them to be the best they can be.
