Juan Madrid

Juan began his career at Pierson Concrete in 1986 and is the company's most senior employee. Juan, A.K.A Juanito, is a lead foreman for our foundation/wall crew, specializing in multi-family and commercial structures. Juanito has high expecatations for his crew and likes to consider their input to improve efficiency. Juanito gives credit to his 34-year tenure because Pierson Concrete has always provided work and pays on-time. 

 

Juanito has been married 36 years, has two children of his own, and two grand children. When not at work, you can find him shooting guns, fishing, and spending time with his grand children
