Juan Baeza

Juan began his career at Pierson Concrete in 2013 and has been with the company ever since. Juan started off as a laborer on both flatwork and foundation jobs prior to becoming a lead foreman. Juan manages two foundation crews, on primarily residential and some commercial jobs.  Juan enjoys working for Pierson Concrete because of their reputation and the way employees are treated; respectfully and fair.

Juan has been married 20 years and has four children.
