Javier Aguirre

Javier began his career at Pierson Concrete in 2002 following brief stints in the hospitality and framing industries.  Although he had experience as a manager, Javier did not become a crew leader right off the bat. He learned the day-to-day tasks as a laborer before establishing his craft as a finisher, and eventual lead foreman. Javier gives credit to his 20-year tenure because Pierson Concrete has treated him well and taken care of his family.

Javier has been married for 33 years, with two children, and two grandchildren.
